What You Bring

  • Master’s degree (MSW, MFT, or related field)

  • Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC — number must be listed on resume)

What You Will Do

  • Supervise and mentor associates by providing high-quality supervision, guidance, and support to pre-licensed clinicians

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals and ideally couples or families

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to refine processes, share expertise, and enhance client outcomes

  • Access advanced training, consultation, and leadership development opportunities

What We Are Looking For

  • Licensed clinician with a valid California license as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC who meets BBS requirements to supervise associates

  • At least two years post-licensure experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families. Training in ERP or EMDR is highly valued

  • Strong ability to support, motivate, and guide other clinicians

  • Committed to fostering a team culture rooted in respect, communication, and shared growth

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and SimplePractice

Background Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy

  • Minimum two years post-licensure experience

  • Completion of required BBS Clinical Supervisor training
