What You Will Do
Supervise and mentor associates by providing high-quality supervision, guidance, and support to pre-licensed clinicians
Provide psychotherapy to individuals and ideally couples or families
Collaborate with the clinical team to refine processes, share expertise, and enhance client outcomes
Access advanced training, consultation, and leadership development opportunities
What We Are Looking For
Licensed clinician with a valid California license as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC who meets BBS requirements to supervise associates
At least two years post-licensure experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families. Training in ERP or EMDR is highly valued
Strong ability to support, motivate, and guide other clinicians
Committed to fostering a team culture rooted in respect, communication, and shared growth
Proficient in Google Workspace and SimplePractice
Background Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Minimum two years post-licensure experience
Completion of required BBS Clinical Supervisor training
