Evidence-Based, Compassionate OCD Therapy in San Diego
Every therapist at Resilience Counseling is trained in evidence-based methods, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and is closely supervised to make sure every client receives consistent, high-quality care. Select therapists on our team also offer EMDR for trauma. The International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) describes ERP as the most effective first-line therapy for OCD in adults, children, and adolescents; you can read more in its guide to OCD treatment.
We believe treatment works best when it's both clinically effective and compassionate—meeting you where you are, without shame or judgment. Whether you're looking for support for yourself, your child, or your teen, our team is here to help you find the right fit.
OCD Therapy Led by Katherine Pica, LCSW

She oversees and supports every therapist on our team, so the care you receive reflects the same evidence-based, compassionate standard she built the practice on. She currently serves as a board member and Director of Training for OCD SoCal, an IOCDF affiliate.
